إذا كنت مقيماً في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ستتلقى زيارة منزلية من أحد خبراء تصميم الديكور لدينا لمساعدتك في انتقاء منتجات بلومر المثالية لتزيين كل مساحة في منزلك. وإذا كنت مقيماً خارج الإمارات، سيتعاون مصمم الديكور معك عبر الصور ومقاطع الفيديو والمكالمات على تطبيق زووم لانتقاء الديكور المثالي لمنزلك من منتجات بلومر.
يجب عليك شراء منتجات بلومر بقيمة 15 آلاف درهم إماراتي على الأقل في طلب واحد لتتلقى خدمة الزيارة المنزلية المجانية من مصمم الديكور المتخصص لدينا.
لا يمكن تقسيم مبلغ الحد الأدنى على عدة طبات أو عدة دفعات.
يجب دفع مقدم بقيمة 2,500 درهم إماراتي غير قابلة للاسترداد لكي تتمكن من حجز موعد الزيارة المنزلية من مصمم الديكور.الفواتير التي يبلغ مجموعها 15,000 درهم إماراتي اوأكثر، قبل ضريبة القيمة المضافة، سيتم استخدام المبلغ المدفوع مقدماً لشراء منتجات بلومر و سيتم خصمها من الفاتورة النهائية .الفواتيرالتي تبلغ مجموعها اقل من15,000 درهم إمراتي ، سيتم اعتبار2,500 درهم إماراتي المبلغ المدفوع مقدما رسوم خدمة التصميم و غير قابلة للاسترداد أو الاسترداد مقابل الفاتورة النهائية.
ملاحظة: مصممينا يقدمون المساعدة فيما يتعلق بتصميم وتنسيق منتجات بلومر فقط داخل منزلك، ولا تتضمن خدمة التصميم الكامل للديكور أو تنسيق منتجات ليست من تصنيعنا. هذه الخدمة تتضمن زيارة للموقع وصور بعرض الاسعار ، و نحن لا نقدم رسومات ثلاثية الأبعاد.

Other GCC Countries: Deliveries are between 10-20 Business Days
Please note: Our delivery service is a doorstep to doorstep service. We will not be able to accommodate any requests to move home furnishings or furniture in your home. Should you want our delivery team to install your Bloomr item(s) we require a cleared pathway to bring the item into your home, along with a clear designated space to place the item.

Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Bedlinen & Towels are nonreturnable items and therefore final sale.
Within UAE: You can return your order to any of our stores for a free return. To have a return collected by a driver a 200 AED return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Outside UAE: customers are responsible for organizing returns and the costs associated with returns.
Items must be returned in new unused, undamaged, and unassembled condition, with their boxes, inserts and all packing materials to be accepted. Items returned without original packing will only be accepted subject to a repacking fee. Used, assembled or damaged items will not be accepted.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.

All Bloomr products are Indoor products. We do not recommend our products for outdoor use.
We recommend you keep products out of direct sunlight, as the sun will fade the colors.
For Faux Flowers, Plants & Trees: Your faux florals and plants should be cleaned and dusted regularly. We recommend the use of a feather duster or swiffer duster to dust the items. You can use a damp cloth to wipe the leaves and faux water, but do not use a damp cloth on the silk florals, as it may damage or alter the color. Most plants can be wiped with a damp cloth, with the exception of flowering plants.
